Information on this website is published in good faith by volunteers and is reviewed periodically. Opening hours, class schedules and festival dates can change at short notice for weather, private ceremonies, illness or building maintenance. Before travelling a significant distance, please telephone (303) 501-5481 to confirm.
2. Festival dates
Hindu festival dates are determined by the lunar calendar and by regional convention, and may differ from those observed elsewhere. Dates given on this site are those observed at this mandir.
3. No professional advice
Nothing published here, and nothing offered by our volunteers, constitutes legal, medical, psychological, immigration, tax or financial advice. Our welfare volunteers give practical, neighbourly help only. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional.
4. Food and allergies
All food served is vegetarian and egg-free, and nut-free and gluten-free portions are prepared separately where possible. However, we cook in a shared kitchen staffed by volunteers and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of an allergen. Anyone with a severe allergy should speak to the kitchen coordinator before eating.

6. Photographs and quotations
Photographs illustrate the life of the mandir and are taken at open, public events. Quotations attributed to members of the congregation are published with their permission and, at their request, with surnames abbreviated. If you appear in an image and wish it removed, email us and we will do so promptly.
7. Fundraising in our name
We do not use third-party fundraising agents and we never telephone people to request card or bank details. If you are contacted by someone claiming to collect on our behalf, please treat it as fraudulent and inform us.
